Delivery times and receipt of goods:

Delivery

-Good are normaly dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order unless otherwise stated. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. If your order is likely to take longer we will contact you. -We will make every effort to send a complete order, however we reserva the right to dispatch part shipments. -Our couriers deliver between 8am and 6pm, monday to friday. -Postage and packing only covers the item / items ordered. -Our couriers will only deliver to the postal address front door or front of premises, we will not carry items into the house or remove packaging or attempt to assemble items. -When an item cannot be delivered, the courier will attempt to leave with a neighbour if deemed safe to do so. Otherwise they will re-deliver the item/s on another day. -Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.

Returns

All our products come with a 7 day money back guarantee from the day you receive the goods, the customer must pay for the return postage and packaging.

	In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please get in touch with customer services immediately (see contacts page). Liability for faulty goods will not be accepted if not received in writing within 7 days.
	We will then arrange for a collection of the goods and organise for a replacement to be sent out.
