Ordering:
-By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions -Your order is a contract between us and you. -Acceptance and completion of the contract between us will take place when the products you ordered are dispatched from our premises. -We will notify you if we are unable to accept your order, this could be for any of the following reasons:

	The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
	We cannot obtain satisfactory authorisation of your payment.
	The identification of a pricing or product description error.
	You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the terms and conditions.
	If there are any problems with you order, you will be contacted by our customer care team. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Order cancellation:
-Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order. -Orders can be canceled before they have been dispatched by us. -Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. We cannot accept an order cancellation once the item/items have been dispatched.

Payment:
-All products are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. -The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. -By placing an order with us you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. -All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and autherisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Refusal of transaction:
